Alison joined Health Technology Analysts as a consultant in January 2020. Prior to joining, Alison worked within the disability sector where she began to explore ways diet and lifestyle can assist and support various health and medical ailments. After completing her Bachelor of Health Science in Nutrition and Dietetic Medicine, Alison found her passion for public and community health, pursuing a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology through the University of New South Wales.
During her Master’s coursework, Alison participated in the evaluation of a state-wide government initiate to improve sexual health through social marketing. She prepared an in-depth report and analysis, including future direction and recommendations. Alison has also worked with Cancer Council NSW, supporting cancer patients and their families, while assisting to identify areas of improvement.
