Eloise is a Consultant at HTANALYSTS. She has supported a range of health technology assessment, reimbursement, and market access projects, including PBAC submissions and feasibility assessments across multiple clinical indications.
Biography
Eloise joined HTANALYSTS as an Intern in February 2026 and progressed to Consultant in August 2026. She holds a Master of Bioscience Enterprise from the University of Auckland, where she focused on life sciences venture capital in Australia and New Zealand. She also holds a Bachelor of Biomedical Science from the University of Otago.
Before joining HTANALYSTS, Eloise worked at BioPacific Partners, a life sciences consulting firm, and the Auckland Bioengineering Institute. In these roles, she supported business development and commercialisation initiatives across the life sciences sector. Her experience includes market and competitor analysis, evaluation of early-stage medical devices and digital health technologies, reimbursement pathway assessments, and stakeholder research. This work helped inform commercialisation and growth strategies.
