She has a background in health economics, healthcare innovation, and data analytics, with experience applying economic evaluation methods, stakeholder engagement, and evidence-based research to inform healthcare decision-making. 

Biography

Fathima is a Consultant at HTANALYSTS with expertise in health economics, outcomes research, and healthcare innovation. She holds a Master of Business (Economics and Health) from Monash University and a Bachelor of Technology in Production Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut, India.

Before joining HTANALYSTS, Fathima was a Research Intern at the Monash Institute of Medical Engineering. In this role, she contributed to projects focused on healthcare technology and service improvement. Her work included aged care research, stakeholder engagement, and policy analysis. She also focused on understanding care needs and supporting the development of technology-enabled solutions for aged care settings.

Earlier in her career, Fathima worked as a Data Science Analyst at Accenture. There, she delivered forecasting and supply chain analytics projects using predictive modelling and machine learning techniques. As a result, she developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Fathima’s combined experience in health economics and data analytics enables her to apply rigorous analytical methods to support evidence-based healthcare decision-making.
