Biography
At HTANALYSTS, Irene leads the healthcare strategy and social impact assessment practice. Her work focuses on market access strategy, value-based initiatives, programme evaluation and Social Return on Investment analysis. She supports pharmaceutical, medtech, government and not-for-profit clients to articulate and evidence their societal value. In particular, she elevates social impact analysis into executive and board-level discussions and advises organisations on aligning commercial, policy and social objectives.
In addition, Irene contributes regularly to thought leadership on social impact, sustainability and outcomes-based decision-making in consulting. Through this work, she helps organisations move beyond compliance-driven reporting and adopt credible, decision-useful impact frameworks that support long-term value creation.
Before joining HTANALYSTS, Irene worked in management consulting within EY’s health strategy practice in Italy. There, she contributed to health system redesign, provider reconfiguration, workforce optimisation and data-driven improvements across care pathways and payer strategy.
Irene holds a Bachelor of Science in International Management and a Master of Science in Economics and Management from Università Bocconi in Milan, as well as a Master of Public Health from the University of Sydney.
