Roxanne is currently a senior consultant at HTAnalysts with experience in health outcomes research and PBS reimbursement.

Roxanne joined HTAnalysts as a HEOR consultant in November 2020. Since working at HTAnalysts Roxanne has worked across several projects including PBAC and MSAC submissions, private and public funding assessments, budget impact modelling, policy evaluations, systematic evidence reviews, and methodological reviews for evidence evaluations. 

Roxanne has a background in public health and economics, with a dual Bachelor of Science (Microbiology) / Bachelor of Commerce (Business Economics) from the University of New South Wales and a Master of Public Health from the University of Sydney. During these studies, Roxanne found an interest in the efficient funding of new health technologies and treatments, focusing on health economic assessment. As part of her Master’s coursework, Roxanne also completed a research project on the efficient provision and sustainable funding of vaccines to our neighbouring countries in the Pacific Islands and South-East Asia
