Roxanne is currently a Squad Lead at HTANALYSTS, specialising in impact assessment, health economic modelling and market access. With a strong background in health economics she provides valuable insight to clients regarding reimbursement submissions and the potential for broad impact modelling to drive advocacy and system change. 

Roxanne joined HTANALYSTS in 2020 and has extensive experience in health economic modelling and market access. She works across the Market Access and Healthcare Strategy and Innovation teams, providing strategic advice to pharmaceutical, medical device, industry and patient advocacy organisations.

She develops health economic modelling to support reimbursement in Australia. This includes cost-effectiveness models, budget impact analysis and bespoke cost-benefit assessments that demonstrate the value of targeted interventions and policy proposals.

In addition, Roxanne contributes to patient engagement initiatives.  She ensures lived experience is meaningfully integrated into strategic and economic work. As a specialist in health economic modelling and market access, with additional expertise in impact assessment, Roxanne advises clients on reimbursement submissions and broader impact modelling to support advocacy and system change.
