Gail is a Consultant at HTANALYSTS with expertise in PBAC and MSAC reimbursement submissions, market access strategy and economic evaluation. She supports the development of high-quality reimbursement submissions, delivers market access–focused projects, and contributes to policy development initiatives.

Gail joined HTANALYSTS as a Consultant in 2024. She trained as a pharmacist in the UK at the University of Nottingham and holds an MSc in International Health Policy from the London School of Economics.

At HTANALYSTS, Gail works on PBAC and MSAC reimbursement submissions, drawing on her clinical and economic background to clearly articulate the value of new therapies and services. She also contributes to feasibility assessments, conducting key opinion leader interviews and market landscape analyses to inform market access strategy. Her expertise includes systematic literature reviews, critical appraisal and budget impact modelling.

Before moving to Australia, Gail worked as a Life Sciences Analyst at McKinsey & Company in London. There, she conducted commercial feasibility assessments in biopharma and delivered competitive intelligence analyses to inform strategic decision making. She also served as a pharmacist advisor for the healthcare app Healthwords, creating accurate and engaging clinical content for consumers.

Gail began her career in community pharmacy in the UK, where she gained three years of frontline clinical experience.
