Holly is a Consultant at HTANALYSTS with a background in economics and health and social care policy.

Before joining HTANALYSTS, she worked at the UK Department of Health and Social Care. There, she conducted cost-benefit analyses to inform funding and policy decisions and strengthened the evidence base for housing and preventative social care. She also managed multiple research projects in collaboration with academic institutions.

Holly has prior health technology assessment and pharmaceutical experience, supporting HTA submissions to the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) and the Scottish Medicines Consortium (SMC).

She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Southampton and Queen Mary University of London.
