Holly is a Consultant at HTANALYSTS with expertise in economics and health and social care policy. 

Holly is a Consultant at HTANALYSTS with a background in economics and health & social care policy. 

Prior to joining HTANALYSTS, Holly worked for the UK Department of Health and Social Care, undertaking cost-benefit analysis to inform funding and policy decisions, strengthening the evidence base for housing and preventative social care, and managing multiple research projects in collaboration with academic institutes. She also has previous HTA and pharmaceutical experience, having supported HTA submissions to the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) and the Scottish Medicines Consortium (SMC). 

Holly holds both a Bachelor and a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Southampton and Queen Mary University London (United Kingdom), respectively.
