Eleanor is an engagement manager at HTANALYSTS with a strong background in public health and epidemiology. Combining her expertise in economic evaluations and passion for equitable access to healthcare, she specialises in providing strategic market access recommendations and advice. 

Biography

Eleanor joined HTANALYSTS in June 2023 with a strong background in public health and epidemiology. She holds a Bachelor of Medical Science from the University of New South Wales and a Master of Public Health from the University of Sydney.

Her career spans both the public sector and academia. She previously worked at a local Public Health Unit and at the NSW Ministry of Health, focusing on infectious disease epidemiology and surveillance. Her responsibilities included public health investigations, data management and reporting on respiratory diseases and blood-borne viruses. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she managed and reported daily case data to the Chief Health Officer. Eleanor has also worked as a teaching academic, leading tutorials in epidemiology and biostatistics for the Master of Public Health programme at Macquarie University.

Since joining HTANALYSTS, Eleanor has specialised in health economic modelling and reimbursement evaluations. She has extensive experience in economic and clinical evaluations for reimbursement submissions. Her work includes adapting global models to the Australian healthcare setting and developing de novo models in oncology, haematology, ophthalmology and infectious disease.

In addition to health economic modelling, Eleanor contributes to health policy, outcomes research and methodological reviews. She combines her passion for health economics with a commitment to equitable access to healthcare, providing clear and strategic guidance to clients.
