Ella is a Registered Nurse with experience in health outcomes research and return on investment modelling.

Ella joined HTAnalysts as an Intern in April 2021 and is now a Consultant. Ella is a registered Nurse who obtained her Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of Sydney, also working at St Vincent’s hospital whilst completing her Master of Management degree.

Ella has experience in collecting data and evaluation policies for a hospital Quality Improvement project, that was looking at ways to improve patient safety in the Emergency Department.
